* During the highest season (please see the Pricelist in order to check the dates) the weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday.

** On request, and according to availability, it is possible to leave the room after 11 a.m. of the departure day, with a 10% extra charge.

*** Small and medium sized pets can be hosted only in the apartments with separate entrance (ask for availability). Pets cannot access the common areas on the inside and cannot circulate unattended on the outside.

The data are processed according to the Italian Code on privacy (D.Leg. 196/2003). These data will only be used to answer to your request and to proceed with the reservation. They won’t be archived. The owner of the data processing is Mr. Sebastiani and the person in charge is Mrs. Sabatini. No data will be communicated to third parties.
