In some periods (for example: New Year’s Eve and summer weekends) we offer stays with breakfast.
Upon request, and according to availability, it is possible to leave the rooms after 11 a.m. of the departure day with an additional charge of maximum of 50%.

Daily cleaning*** (except for the kitchenette which is on request);

*** For weekly stays in the apartments, the renunciation to the daily cleaning service and linen changes will lead to (-10%) a price reduction.

Small and medium sized pets can be hosted only in the apartments with separate entrance (ask for availability). Pets cannot access the common areas on the inside and cannot circulate unattended on the outside.

The bank transfer is accepted only for group booking;
